Fancy and stunningly beautiful hotel in Cleveland with attentive staff in restaraunt customer service. Spacious well appointed and fully-equippedroom with a good shower and a good air con, for example as advertised. Perfect and comfortable location to a local museum. 28 minutes' ride to the airport.

The hotel is big and impeccably clean with a nice restaurant, I had an excellant stay. The room with the king size beds. The location was marvellous and beautiful - just walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go. Had complementary drinks in the downstairs bar in the evening.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The decor was modern and tasteful, creating a fresh and inviting ambiance throughout the property. Our room, which was number 6, was impeccably clean and featured a spacious king bed, as well as a single bed. We were delighted to discover a little patio with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. The room also had a bar fridge, which was a convenient addition. The highlight for us was the excellent water pressure in the shower, making for a truly invigorating experience. we found our stay to be incredibly comfortable and would highly recommend this place to others.

The hotel room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed, a 'pillow menu', and free water and coffee. Room service was prompt and delicious, and we even received free drink vouchers upon arrival. The breakfast spread was worth every penny. The receptionist was friendly and check-in was seamless. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.
